   The Old Town Gallery offers a problem-free return policy should you reject your purchase within the inspection period for a refund or replacement.

  1. Email our friendly Customer Support Department at info@rhodesgallery.gr during our 30 day inspection period indicating that you wish to return items for a refund or a replacement. Please note that our 30-day inspection period commences on shipment.

  2. Ship your return to us through any traceable method (e.g. FedEx, UPS or registered mail). To speed up the return process, remember to complete the Return Slip included with your shipment. Our address details are included on this slip.

  3. Once we receive your return, (depending on your preference) we will either send you a replacement item or arrange the refund.
   I Only Want To Return One Item From My Last Order? It doesn't matter whether you wish to return just part of your order or the entire shipment, the process is exactly the same.

   What If I Want A Replacement Instead Of A Refund? Simply contact our friendly customer support team at info@rhodesgallery.gr. If a replacement is available they will make sure it arrives as soon as possible.
